Kemelia’s background was healthcare operations before it was healthcare care. She spent fifteen years running back-office systems for hospital networks and clinics, the kind of work that sounds boring until you’re the one calling about a billing error at eight in the evening. She’s Lean Six Sigma certified, Scrum trained, and the kind of operator who’d rather build a checklist than wing it. That sensibility shows up everywhere in Nesta’s.
